Sounds like you snatched "Kids In America" out of the bin. Too much dead space in this song. Too much focus on making the song's cool vocal effects. The song sounds more like an experiment in your own introspective music rather than a genuine song to an audience. This band sounds like they're just too cool to care about marketing themselves. Good music for a great night out but nothing to excite the masses. Is quirky music the norm nowadays? I don't like the idea of expecting the average joe to buy into this style of indie music. It's fun for a moment but I want to hear something that's taylor made for top 40 radio. Then again maybe I shouldn't let my business sense get in the way of artistic individuality.

...and Matt Morris say's the above like it's a bad thing...hmmmm. If this got the air play along with Tracey I think loads of people would be trotting introspectively along with Molloy.

I do hope quirky music is the norm move over all that isn't.

Love your songs!!!!

Dave

If they were to remake "The Avengers" for 2007, they should use this on the soundtrack. i think its ace.

Ben
